Tis the season for pumpkin… everything!

So of course, we had to head to TikTok to round up some easy… and delicious recipes to try!  Which will you try first?

  • No Bake Pumpkin Energy Bites

    These pumpkin balls are super easy to make, and don’t require any baking.  Be careful though… they’ll go fast!

    You need:

    Old Fashioned Oats, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, peanut butter and vanilla extract.

  • Flourless Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mini Muffins

    You’ll be wanting MANY of these MINIS! And this is perfect for those gluten free people!

    You need:

    Pumpkin, peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.

  • Pumpkin Dip

    Another no-bake recipe for the pumpkin lovers!  This is a healthy, fall recipe that makes a great afternoon snack, or perfect for your next get together!

    You need:

    Unsweetened yogurt, maple syrup, pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice… and something to dip– like apples! It doesn’t get more fall than that!

     

     

  • Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

    Another simple recipe that only uses three ingredients!

    You need:

    Spice Cake mix, a can of pumpkin and chocolate chips.

  • Pumpkin Pasta

    If you’re a true pumpkin fan, you might like this savory recipe…

    You Need:

    Garlic, Thyme, pumpkin, tomato sauce, cream or milk and pasta.
