Trust me when I tell you, that losing weight is the hardest thing you will ever do in your life.  90 days ago I started a major lifestyle change for my health because my doctor wasn’t happy.  Being single, I find myself eating out a lot so I’m about to show you 5 fast food items to eat on the go if you are wanting to drop weight. Because typically, fast food and weight loss don’t go hand-in-hand!

Before we get to the meals, you should always check with your doctor first before starting any weight loss program.  Have them do your full panel of blood work and find out what type of eating changes you need to make.  When I did this 90 days ago, mine was carbs and sugar, of course, they go hand in hand.  So my doctor put me on a low-carb, high-protein diet to cut out all the sweet stuff, and watch the sugar intake.

Since early July, I’ve now lost 30 pounds and I’m really starting to feel great.  I never realized just how many sweet things I ate, until I cut them out or when I go into a store and see the items that I was buying and eating daily.

I can’t tell you how many times a week this meal from Chick-Fil-A gets me through the day when temptation hits and I want to order a pizza or a pan of brownies!

The Foods I’ve Had To Give Up To Drop 30 Pounds

  • Pasta
  • Bread
  • Potatoes
  • Chips
  • Cookies
  • Regular Soft Drinks – I still have some Diet Coke
  • Fries
  • Ketchup
  • Honey Mustard

So, What Am I Eating?

  • More Salads
  • Wendy’s, Burger no bun with cheese and mustard
  • Chick-fil-A grilled nuggets with a side salad
  • Grilled chicken wings
  • Steak
  • More vegetables
  • Last but not least, MORE WATER and lots of it

So if anyone knows the battle of trying to get healthy, it’s me.  And if there are any tricks and help I can give along my journey, I will be sharing with you.  Let’s start with the 5 fast food items to eat on the go if you are wanting to drop weight.  Good luck on your journey!
