The restaurant named, Hott Dogs, is to open at 150 Laurens St. S.W., which is between Downtown Dog and Nandina.
The owners are Allison and Bobby Hilton. Allison was born in Aiken and Bobby is from New Jersey. While those two places are very different, one common thing that brought both places together was baseball and hotdogs.
Hott Dogs’ signature gourmet dog will be covered with pickled onions, lime-infused coleslaw, and grill-pressed peaches. And of course, there will be televisions to watch baseball or any sport, while at the restaurant.
