Cucina 503 is a local Italian Restaurant here in Augusta. It is located on Furys Ferry Road. And it is owned by Chef Edward Mendoza, who is also the head chef of the restaurant as well.
Mendoza has stated in previous publications that they are very passionate about using local vendors as much as possible. Even when it comes to the seasonal menus, they try to work it around what aligns with the local farmers options.
During the summertime the restaurant has their own garden in the back, where they grow rosemary, eggplant, basil, peppers, and other produce. So it is truly a garden to plate meal.
Augustino’s Italian Eatery and Prime Steaks
Augustino’s is no stranger when it comes to the Augusta area. They have been serving the CSRA for more than 20 years. They are located in the the Augusta Marriott in Downtown Augusta.
Macaluso Restaurant
Macaluso’s is an Italian restaurant located in Downtown Aiken. It was opened about two years ago by Chef Michael D’Andrea. Many of the dishes prepared and served at the restaurant are from recipes that have been passed down by his relatives.
2 Boys Pizza and Grill
This family restaurant is known for Greek and Italian Food. They are currently located on Washington Road in the former location of Denny’s and have been there for about 3 years. But, they will soon be getting a new location on Furys Ferry.
Oliviana Bar Italiano & Pizzeria
Oliviana’s is an Italian bar and pizzeria located in Surrey center. They are also an option when it comes to Pasta in the Augusta area.
