Bad Luck for Alabama
Alabama Crimson Tide… the number one college football team in the country, took a really hard loss on Saturday against Texas A&M. It’s their first loss since their 2019 season.
A last second field goal helped Texas A&M grab the W against the Tide. It was quite the upset for Alabama fans.
If you’re an Alabama fan, there’s no need to panic, they can still get into the College Football Playoff. But we understand many fans are feeling some really strong emotions they haven’t had in a while.
There’s one new country artist, Conner Smith, who clearly is not an Alabama fan. His loyalty is to Tennessee. But he decided to write a song about his hate for Alabama, and released it on Friday, after blowing up on TikTok.
So… after the release of the song, Alabama gets their first loss in almost 2 years. Coincidence? Maybe. But if you’re superstitious, you could easily pass the blame to Conner Smith.
Overall, it’s definitely ironic on the timing of all of it. And for the record– football IS part of the song… but the real dislike in the song is about a girl. Or so it says. At the end of it all, we’re pretty sure Conner wasn’t disappointed with the devastating loss on Saturday night.
