BOLO stolen sheriff's vehicle, unmarked car

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office would like the public to be aware that one of our unmarked vehicles was stolen this morning from a gas station at Deans Bridge Road and Meadowbrook Drive.  The vehicle is a 2014 Chevrolet Impala, Black, bearing GA tag PKP 1520.  The vehicle does not have any Sheriff’s Office markings, but is equipped with blue lights and other emergency equipment.  There were no weapons or other equipment in the vehicle at the time of the theft. The suspects were seen exiting a dark color newer model Lexus ES 350 with a SC tag UPA 715 and entering the Chevrolet Impala.  The Lexus is reported stolen through SC. Both vehicles then fled the scene and were last seen traveling north on Deans Bridge Road.  Suspects should be considered armed and dangerous and could be linked to other stolen vehicles in the CSRA area.

 

If anyone comes in contact with these vehicles or suspects, DO NOT APPROACH. Contact local law enforcement immediately and the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at (706-821-1080 or 706-821-1020).
