It is certainly an event-filled weekend, especially with it being the weekend before a holiday. The 4th of July falls on a Tuesday this year so events for the holiday will be going on from June 30th till the actual 4th. Even though many events are happening for Independence Day, the city has not shied away from hosting many more events outside of the holiday. If you’re looking for some things to do in Augusta outside of Barbequing and fireworks.
