May the 4th be with you! That is a common phrase that is used today, May 4, in celebration of all things Star Wars. If you are a local and you've been wondering how to celebrate this day other than just re-watching the films, we've got you! There are a lot of Augusta Star Wars events taking place today.

"May the 4th Be With You" A Star Wars Themed Art Exhibition
At the 600 Broad Gallery, 4P Studios presents the 3rd Annual Star Wars Themed Exhibition that will include fan art and art work inspired by the series. This will take place through the whole month of May. To learn more on time and dates, click here.
The Greater Augusta Arts Council - May the 4th be With You
The Greater Augusta Arts Council will have trivia, live music, light saber show, costume contest, arts and crafts and more!
All kids in attendance will receive a free book. This will take place 4-6pm at Hub West. For more info, check here.
The Force for A Cure
Vance Bakery Bar will be joining forces with Ironhead barbeque for food, specialty drinks, dessert, and Star Wars raffles. All proceeds will go the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society for Team Annie Strong.
May the Fourth Be With You: Star Wars Trivia Night
The Whiskey Kitchen will be having a trivia night from the dark side present by Cynergy. This event is 5:30pm to 7pm. For me, click here.
Star Wars Trivia Night at Edgar's Above Broad
Edgars Above Broad will be hosting Star Wars Themed trivia night. Show off your knowledge and win some prizes. You can also dress up as your favorite character because there will be a costume contest going on after the trivia. For more, click here.
Star Wars Day at Sarges Soda Shop
There will be Star Wars themed Drinks and Treats, face paint, and a character meet and greet. Festivities start at 4:30pm until 7:30pm.
