Easter is right around the corner! Easter Sunday is April 9th, 2023.  And there are many events going on to celebrate all around town, starting as early as tomorrow. See our list of Easter events in the CSRA, and let us know if you have any to add! Send an email.

• Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Central Church of Christ Egg Hunt at Steed's Dairy

  Central Church of Christ is hosting their annual Egg Hunt at Steed’s Dairy (4634 Wrightsboro Road, Grovetown).  This event is for kids of all ages up to 5th grade and free. Everyone else is $5 at the gate. The event starts at 10 a.m.

• Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Spring Fest

  Join the City of Grovetown for their 2023 Spring Fest, Saturday, April 1, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Liberty Park (1040 Newmantown Road, Grovetown). Bring those Easter baskets for the various egg hunts! Get photos with the Easter Bunny and enjoy food, games, music and vendors!

• Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Easter Eggstravaganza

  The Claiborne at West Lake (557 Furys Ferry Road, Martinez) is hosting an Easter egg hunt, along with games, crafts, and treats in their courtyard. The event starts at 2 p.m.  There will also be a Spring Basket they will raffle off to benefit the Alzheimer’s Association.

• Sunday, April 2, 2023 - Columbia County Easter Egg Scramble *NEW DATE!*

  Columbia County Parks, Recreation and Events would like to notify the local media and residents of Columbia County of a date change for our Easter Egg Scramble.

  Because of the forecasted weather for Saturday, April 1, 2023, the Community Events team has decided to move the Easter Egg Scramble to Sunday, April 2, 2023. The event will take place from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Patriots Park.

  There will be food trucks, face painters, and free pictures with the Easter Bunny on site.

  • 2:30pm- Ages 5-6 & Ages 7-10 Egg Hunts
  • 3:00pm- Peter Rabbit will play on large outdoor screen
  • 3:00pm- Eggstra Special Egg Hunt for registered participants
  • 4:30pm- Ages 0-2 & Ages 3-4 Egg Hunts

  Admission to this event is FREE!

• April 7, 8, & 9, 2023 - Easter Egg Hunt for History

  The Augusta Museum of History is hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for History. Find the Easter eggs and win a prize, while learning about local history.

  The egg hunt is free with admission to the museum.

  Adults: $5
  Seniors: $4
  Child (6-18): $3
  Child (6 & Under): Free
