Nancy Frates, ALS Advocate and Mother of ALS Champion, Peter Frates Download

42:46 Download January 25th

This without a doubt is the episode I am most proud to put out there into the world. Nancy Frates’ son, Pete Frates, was diagnosed with ALS and their family used love to inspire the biggest viral video challenge ever.

You probably remember the Ice Bucket Challenge back in 2014, well her family has been working tirelessly since then to continue to fund a cure of ALS and provide care for those battling it. My uncle, Matt Kurkjian, was diagonosed with ALS in 2021, this episode is dedicated to his fight, I love you.
