The regular season is over but there is still more college football to be played for three teams from South Carolina. While the Game Cocks aren't among that group, these three teams will be continuing the action in postseason bowl games.

Clemson - Pinstripe Bowl, Dec. 27

Clemson faces off against Penn State in the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl on Dec. 27 at noon EST. The Pinstripe Bowl marks the 52nd postseason bowl game for Clemson and the 54th for Penn State.

The Tigers had a rocky start to their season but finished 7-5 off of a four game winning streak. The Nittany Lions had a similar season with a 6-6 record, and at one point they held a six game losing streak.

This will be Clemon's first time going to the Pinstripe Bowl.

South Carolina State - Celebration Bowl, Dec. 13

South Carolina State and Prairie View A&M University will play in the Celebration Bowl on Dec. 13 at noon EST. This will be SC State's second consecutive and third all-time trip to the Celebration Bowl. Prairie View is heading to the Celebration bowl for the very first time.

SC State returns to the Celebration Bowl after a 9-2 regular season record, while Prairie View comes in with a record of 10-3. Both the Bulldogs and the Panthers bring a strong defense to this matchup, but the Bulldogs bring a little more intensity with their offense.

Coastal Carolina - Independence Bowl, Dec. 30

Coastal Carolina and Louisiana Tech will face off in the Independence Bowl on Dec. 30 at 2 p.m. EST. This will be the Chanticleers 6th all-time and 6th consecutive bowl game. The Bulldogs will be attending their 15th bowl game.

The Chanticleers finished 6-6 in the regular season and Louisiana Tech finished 7-5 on a two game winning streak. The Independence bowl marks the first time that Coastal Carolina's and Louisiana Tech's football programs have met.
