Back-to-School Events in Augusta are Still Going on
There has been tons of back-to-school events in the CSRA – it’s hard to keep up! But there are still more to come.Around the CSRA, summer break has either already ended or that final week is certainly approaching. Even though summer break has come to an end, back-to-school events in Augusta and surrounding cities are still happening through the month of August.
- Fit4School – August 5 – 9:30am-12pm – This will be held at the James Brown Arena. There will be school supplies and haircuts given.
- Augusta Dream Center – August 5 – 10am – 12pm – Annual backpack giveaway with prepacked backpacks full of school supplies.
- Break Free Augusta – August 5 – 11am – 5pm – Along with free school supplies, there will be bouncy houses, games, free food, snow cones, face painting, and more.
- Back to School Bash – August 6 – 3pm – 6pm – 2526 Lumpkin Rd. There will be food, cars, haircuts, and school supplies.
