The Georgia Department of Transportation has announced that starting tonight at 8:00, a right lane will be closed on I-20 westbound from mile marker 1 in South Carolina to mile marker 201 in Georgia.  Construction crews will be pouring bridge decks as work continues on the Savannah River Bridge project at the state line.  Work is expected to be finished by 6 am Tuesday without any expected delays.

Also on Tuesday, December 13, a right lane will be closed starting at 8 pm westbound from mile marker 1 in South Carolina to mile marker 201 in Georgia.  Crews will be relocating a temporary barrier wall by shifting traffic at the Exit 1 on-ramp from West Martintown Road to I-20 westbound.  The closure should end by 6 am Wednesday.

On Wednesday, December 14, starting at 8 pm, a right lane will be closed on I-20 westbound from mile marker 1 in South Carolina to mile marker 201 in Georgia.  Crews will be pouring additional bridge decks, moving the project to the next stage of completion.  The closure will last until 6 am Thursday.
