CSRA News: Governor Kemp Signs Bill for CPR Training
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp signed a bill into law Wednesday that will now require every emergency dispatcher to complete CPR instruction training.
The move came after an investigation revealed most dispatchers at 911 centers across the state were unable to give CPR instructions over the phone in an emergency. Kemp says the new law is designed to help save lives.
