Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason Announces First North American Tour in 25 Years
For the first time in 25 years, Pink Floyd’s Nick Mason will be heading out on tour in North America.
Being billed as Nick Mason’s Saucerful of Secrets, the tour will highlight Pink Floyd’s early, pre-Dark Side of the Moon catalog. Joining Mason on tour for these performances is Spandau Ballet guitarist Gary Kemp, longtime Pink Floyd touring bassist Guy Pratt, guitarist Lee Harris, and keyboardist Dom Beken.
In a statement on the tour, Mason said, “With the help of some like-minded friends, I have embarked on a voyage of discovery of the music that was the launch pad of Pink Floyd and my working life. It seems too early to retire, and I missed the interaction with other musicians.”
