WATCH: Trailer for Black Sabbath’s ‘The End Of The End’
Black Sabbath is giving us a first look at The End Of The End, the upcoming concert film/documentary from the group’s farewell tour and its final concert during February in its home town of Birmingham.
The 31-second trailer features the group playing “Iron Man” and “Paranoid” along with footage from the performance and off stage — Ozzy Osbourne on the group’s private airplane, Tony Iommi sitting for an interview, Geezer Butler in a limo.
In a statement Black Sabbath said that, “To bring it all back home after all these years was pretty special. It was so hard to say goodbye to the fans who have been incredibly loyal to us through the years. We never dreamed in the early days that we’d be here 49 years later doing our last show on our home turf.”
The film was directed by Dick Curruthers and will screen for one night only on September 28 in theaters worldwide, with a home video release expected afterwards. Theater and ticket information can be found at BlackSabbathFilmTickets.com.
