Wished you were a fly on the wall during Van Halen’s crazy 70s and 80s run with David Lee Roth? As the band’s manager, Noel E. Monk was that fly, and he’s sharing his stories with the world in a new book.
Due out June 13, Runnin’ with the Devil will cover VH from 1978-1985, the year Monk cut ties as manager and when Roth exited the band. The book will be chock full of rare photos and likely enough stories that will make us all wonder, “Wow…how are they all still alive?”
Runnin’ with the Devil is currently available for pre-order at Amazon, where it’s already the #1 best seller in the “Heavy Metal Musician Biographies” section. (No surprise there!) A select amount of autographed copies are also available for purchase at VanHalenStore.com.
